The floral pattern on the robe really brings out the rest of the drawing; I'd say you're off to a pretty good start!
It may just be me, but it'd rock if the background was something romantic, or calm, like a bedroom w/ rose petals on the bed; seems fitting when it comes to the attire, and the potential nsfw version.
